Being how I'm always on a budget I picked up one of those sightmark brand reflex. I like it, was easy to get zero on paper and yes its not an Ecotech but I'm very happy with it.
Looking at its design I was fearful of the gun just tipping over and cracking the glass. Being a fabricator and a welder I decided I can make a small shield that fits over glass and still allows full operation of the settings.
I made this out of steel tube, its a rugh draft. The next one will be made from aluminum and I'm thinking of making the top section above the glass flat.

On and if anyone can make the pics click free that would be great.
Jason.

I have a Sightmark model 14000 It will not turn on in cold temps.

I just picked up three Primary Arms MD-ADS versions for $160 each.
They have similar specs to the Aimpoint Micro T1/H1 including battery life.
