Sight adjustments

Can anyone recommend a good place to go to get my sights on my H&K cUSP 45 adjusted?

Since I bought it from someone, the sights are a little off for my aim. Took it out to try it and noticed I was shooting low and to left when I line up the sights.

You have to do it yourself at the range. But first try different ammo. I swear by Magtech's for my SIG 220. But most other ammo shoots erratically and off of the paper.
Are they fixed or adjustable sights? I don't know too much of the HK's.
