Selling rifle ammo to MA resident?

Just a quick question folks. Searched but didn't find anything about private sales (unless I missed it).

I am a NH resident and want to sell some rifle ammo. I'm getting some interest from folks in Mass.

What all do I need to know to do this legally?

Can I transport the ammo into Mass? Or must they come up into NH?

You can't transport any ammo into MA w/o a MA NR LTC.

Have them come to NH and do the sale FTF. They should have a FID or LTC to possess in MA but maybe they will shoot it in NH in which case if they can fog a mirror, they are GTG.
