I like the van more then the rail.

However it is still a very nice 1911. I actually like the 'golf balling.'

I have to drool over these photos, because all of these upgrades Lou does are way out of my price range. I am just not a fan of a rail on a 1911. I like plain jane Government 1911's.

Yeah, he does great work. Kind of a treasure that not many people know about, and until the word gets out, his pricing is really good relative to what you're getting.

The welding and fitting of the grip safety for instance would not only cost an arm and a leg for the quality he does, but the time frame and pricing is much more reasonable than most smiths with his ability. -That was some of the worst ass kissing, but gahd damn he does great work and he gets it done reasonably and quickly.
