Was looking at having a S&W 627-3 and a 610-1 shipped to a Mass dealer from out of state. Dealer told me it is not on the Rooster list so he can’t take it. Now I have seen 627-3’s in Mass gun shops so “what the hell”? I see the 627-4 and 627-5 and the 610-3 on the list. How important is the suffix on S&W revolvers when it comes to Massachusetts sales?

I think it's on the peacock list, though. Maybe only if it's pre-94.

pre-94 doesn't apply to handguns.

It was a joke based on his typo as bolded in the quote...
