I sat in on this webinar designed for school administrators. I'm not a school administrator, but our CERT works with some NH PD's on active shooter programs with schools & businesses.

The program looks good in general, from the soft-deterrence/response approach Holistic Violence Prevention - Home - The Off-Ramp Project

But, being academics working with schools, the introduction ran with WaPo's 2021 school shooting count of 151 rather than the more conservative counts. And the obligatory blame placed on the increase in guns - if only 1 gun of the 20-40 million more guns sold since COIVID, blah, blah, bah.

They did address the Contagion Effect obliquely, without calling out the media - after all, it's the media that interviews them after every school shooting (the real few ones, not all of the 151 ones). And little mention of police and none of armed teachers - hard-deterrence/response - they really cannot afford to alienate their potential paying customers.
