Hello everyone...long time since I've been on this forum! I'm a navy guy stationed down at the Nuke school in SC, but I'm still technically a resident of MA and I do have an LTC class A (though I have the damn "target/sporting" restriction on it for now (trust me w/ a nuclear reactor but not a gun...wtf!?) Anyway, I'm visiting home for a couple of weeks and I have some toys I'd like to show the folks, but not sure if they're legal in MA. As usual the laws are damn confusing so I'm just gonna ask straight up: pistol grip shotguns w/collapsable stocks...MP5 pistols (ie no stock) and glock 30's. Legal or no? Not to sell or transfer...just to use and then bring back with me THanks for the help!

If any of the above are POST-ban guns in a pre-ban configuration (like collapsible stocks, etc.), they are not legal in MA.

Neither are any "large capacity" mags made after 9/94.
