Removing loctited ? scope base

I recently got a Remington 700 with a scope. I would like to change its base. However, it appears to have the screws loctited down. What is the best/easiest way of getting the mount off without damaging the rifle / receiver ?

You can heat the screws with a hairdryer and use a good screwdriver that fits correctly

Heat up the fasteners with a heat gun to break the bond.
