Raw milk

I get it from a very well known source. I'm not worried. I will get salmonella from lettuce at the supermarket before I get anything from old Bessy.
 
Anybody use it for making butter and basic cheeses? I'm letting some of it rest overnight so the cream will develop. Trying to figure out if I can make mozzarella with the remaining milk.
I'd say yes you can.

Yeah, you definitely can. I did a 30 min mozzarella. I'm pretty sure the acidity kills off any virus too.
