Purchasing frame from out of state.

Just got my license and am trying to figure things out. I had my heart set on a specific firearm only to find it was not on the list. If an out of state dealer is willing to sell me a frame only and send it to me of a firearm that is not on the MA list, can I just buy the parts for it? If this is not a good question to ask admin please PM me for specifics if needed.

You need to ship it to a MA dealer, and they probably won't transfer it to you.
