Pre ban Olympic arms

How’s everything going? Looking for a little information on a pre-been Olympic arms trying to find out if it’s a preban, it has the Green Beret emblem with the serial number of 19 at the commando model. I know the USMC blowers are pre-been I don’t know about these I can’t find anything on them.
