Create a formula in column I that examines the selected numbers in the row versus the winning numbers, and indicates the winner status, e.g. 3, 2+PB, ...

This is the prize/odds table for Powerball without Power Play:



For five numbers (with or without the Powerball), it's certainly worth forming a lottery trust for distribution. For four numbers and below, it's inconsequential. The "problem child" in terms of tax consequences for a single winner claiming the prize on behalf of a group would be 4+PB.

Deferring to @nstassel - at $50k, I'm guessing a lottery trust would still need to be created, given those potential tax consequences for the individual.
