So I'm looking at their scorecard for MA and I noticed that under the Large Capacity Magazine Ban section, MA gets 5 points for banning mags over 10 rounds but LOSES 3 points for not banning mags over 15 rounds? Are they really this dumb?

You're not reading it correctly. MA gets 3 points for banning mags > 15 rounds and an additional 2 points for banning mags in the 11-14 round range.

Yes, this is why the northern New England states, with hardly any gun control laws at all, have much more gun violence than Massachusetts.
