Plinking In NH

Hi,

I'd like to find an open range or some safe location where I can go plinking with some friends. We've all got MA LTCs/FIDs. As far as I can tell, it would be legal for us to travel to NH with the guns unloaded in the trunk. However, I'm unsure if it would be OK for us to actually shoot the guns when we find a suitable/safe location. Is it legal to shoot firearms in NH without a NH LTC? Sorry if this is a silly question, but I just want to make sure.

you are correct about bringing the guns up, NH is a "free state" but good luck finding someplace to shoot legally.

I'm confused. So, assuming I get permission to shoot somewhere (or find public property), is it legal to shoot or isn't it?

You can bring all the guns you want to NH, you can even open carry legally. Just no loaded guns in the car, no concealed loaded guns on you in the car or in public without a non res permit.
