Pics without standard pic files

I there anyway to post an image that comes from a non image URL?

What I mean is instead of a straight jpg, gif, etc, it comes from a .png?

Something like this:

A .png is a straight up image file though. Both IE and FF should support it.

Hmm, I guess it's just in Sig files that it fails.

Yes, derek doesn't have the sig picture feature turned on. When we went to this forum from the old one, that was turned off.

I'm guessing that it's a bandwidth issue...
