photo contest

I've seen some really good photography here on the forum, anyone give any though to my post about a monthly photo contest? If so is there a way to host a picture at the top heading one the gallery section? Winner's photos could be shown there for one month, then a new one the next.
Maybe even have diferent themes like revolvers one month, long rifles the next, ARs after that, etc.
