A few years back i hit a local gun shop while out just browsing and found a local collector turning his collection in. The shop doesn't want anything to do with military guns he just dumps them. I picked up a krono svt-40 for $300, an 8mm egy fn49 for $270, a lux fn49 for $299 and some mausers for peanuts.
As the older collectors are getting older there collections are showing up now. Its sad but there being passed on to us and someday we'll pass them on too.
I did find a fn49 vene 7mm on GA for $750 it has the most awesome fiddleback/tiger striping i have even seen on an fn49. Luckily i have it.
