The Missouri law subjects law enforcement agencies with officers who knowingly enforce federal gun laws without equivalent state laws to a fine of $50,000 per violating officer.
The Justice Department said the Missouri state crime lab, operated by the Highway Patrol, refused to process evidence that would help federal firearms prosecutions after the law took effect. The law was passed by the state’s Republican-led Legislature and signed by Republican Gov. Mike Parson in 2019.

wasn`t that already shot down as unconstitutional by an another federal judge - as anything federal by that ruling always suppresses a state law? or was it an another law?

I’d prefer that those penalized were the top elected and appointed officials who tell their underlings to enforce the laws rather than those just following orders. Otherwise, good people who gotta take the heat for their higher-up’s actions or risk insubordination by not following orders are stuck in the middle. Fining the agencies is just transferring taxpayer dollars from a service agency to another government account.

Pretty sure that was nfa havens.

The law here needs to be amended such that only federal officers can enforce federal laws in the state, they can have supremacy all day if they want to swing by and kick the door.

Personally I think the whole "ignore federal law" thing is bullshit no matter who's side you're on.
