Just call ICE and don't let anyone know. I would not go around threatening to do so in that treasonous shithole of a city. In their eyes any phonecall to ICE is discriminatory on its own.

So instead of threatening to call anyone, just drop the dime that they have guns and are threatening to go on a rampage.
