The law says that you can keep the grandfathered 10 round mags., you just can't put more than seven rounds in them. New mags. being sold can't hold more than seven.

NY residents have one year to sell their evil high caps out of state. This law was finalized on Monday night and rushed through before the standard 3 day period.
