Hi All,
No, actually that flashlight is made by Mac's Custom, is a light made for flashaholics that want the ultimate in power regardless of run time or how long they can hold the light in their hands.
The run time of Mac's light is about 8 to 10 minutes, but I doubt that you can hold the light for that long due to the heat generated.
Now, as impresive at it sound, light a newspaper on fire can be done easily even with my BOREALIS 1050 lumens flashlight, it was done by Clipse and he published the pictures in several forums.

My lights, including the BOREALIS are geared for a more practical use, the run time is 50 minutes and you can hold the light for that long continously.
The 1050 lumens of the BOREALIS is in the same league as a two million candlepower spotlight, but with a more useful beam as my light also have plenty of side spill to clear houses or back yards.
My others lights have even more runtime, the POLAR BEAR is 426 lumens for 75 minutes, the new BEAR CUB is 220 lumens for 90 minutes.
