Got mine in today! First time in the lottery. When do they draw the lottery? I want to make sure I have enough time to actually find a Moose hunting spot.

June 17th is the draw, should give you enough time to scout before the hunt (depending on which WMU you get)

Would be neat to draw a moose tag on my first year back to hunting in over a decade.

Drawing a non-res moose tag is almost like hitting the Megabucks. I've been applying forevever with no luck. The chances for residents are pretty good. Son Lance is in Fitzwilliam and his wife drew a tag in 2007. They took a bull. Lance drew a tag in 2010 and got a cow. Both were shot within half a mile of his house. Jack.

Sounds like the chances for a deer tag in NV as a resident. I put in for 7 years straight and only got points, as a RESIDENT.

I have to have a reason to donate my money to NH F&G at least.
