NH/MA LTC- carry question on approved firearms

If a New Hampshire resident with an LTC in both NH and MA buys a gun in NH that is not on the approved roster for MA is there any problem with using it as his carry piece when working in MA.

As long as he doesn't have any post or no ban high cap mags it is fine.

See the "Mass Gun Laws" sticky thread near the top of this topic area. The roster of guns approved by EOPS and the AG's so-called consumer protection regulations only restrict the guns that can be sold by licensed dealers in Massachusetts. Beyond that limitation, they do not apply in any way to what a licensed individual can possess, carry, purchase or sell.

Thats a good reminder for me, as I will be living under 5 miles from the MA border and intend to get a MA non-res LTC I guess I should buy a couple of low-cap mags for when I have to cross the border (wouldn't be pleasant getting caught with LEO only mags).
