I saw a very fresh version of this today. If it were cold out, it would still be steaming. It was kind of slimy and oily, and had lots of fur in it. It could have been a neighborhood cat, but it didn't smell like cat crap though. With all the fur, it was certainly a predator. Could also be a bobcat. Could also be owl puke (pellet?)
