Hey all,
A while back I owned a CZ 75 P-07 and sold it without ever firing it. I finally had the chance to fire it from the same guy I sold it to and regretted it right away. I've been looking for the right deal on a CZ ever since. I came across this CZ 75B Polished SS model BNIB and couldn't pass it up. I'm excited about this one...please feel free to share your CZ experiences as I am new to this brand. Thanks!

nice looking CZ.

given my OCD tendencies, I am best served by avoiding stainless or else I will spend most of my weekend rubbing the gun with a microfiber cloth removing imaginary thumbprints.

have you fired it yet? The CZ 75 SP-01 is an absolutely beast, as is CZ's .45acp model the 97. their slide-rail design is wicked cool. probably the most underappreciated guns in the USA are CZ's....also CZ's crappy marketing and product availability doesn't help the situation.

anyway enjoy shooting it. give us a range review.

Lol...yeah I haven't put the rag down since I brought it home today. I have not fired it but am hoping to soon. I'll report back. Thanks!

i'm sure shipwreck will be chiming in shortly, but I've shot his once or twice, and it's an absolute dream...his is in 9mm luger, but i'm not sure of the exact model. what an accurate piece!

Mine is just scary accurate after getting it tuned from Cajun Gun Works. Gun feels like it was made for my hand which helps with accuracy too.

i did for the last couple months of winter, in a cheap plastic owb holster, but now that warmer weather is here, back to pocket carry for me

It's an incredible gun. I've got the same one and just got it back recently from getting a full action job/upgraded trigger, hammer, and new sights installed.

Here's the thread I started on it a few months back.

You must be the same guy I was talking with on the MA guns for sale Facebook page about that polished CZ75b yesterday?
I haven't read the thread you linked yet but why so much work to a gun that supposedly is great right out of the box? Have you fired it stock and then after the work? How much better is it now? Thanks.

Its night and day. Out of the box it is great but I like making my guns shoot the best they can so I figured I would get it tuned. Also I was planning on using it for IDPA among other things so it was worth the money to me. It's 3.5 pound SA trigger pull now and VERY smooth and very short reset. I don't remember what the factory trigger is but definitely not as smooth as this. Granted it cost me almost $600 for the action job, stainless steel race hammer, new sights, and shipping costs...

What kind of tuning did you have done?

If your worried about prints on firearms. It is what the NRA Firearms Museum uses!

I have been lusting after a CZ75B or compact for several years. If I had a choice, I'd go with the compact but I wouldn't throw either one of them out of bed for eating crackers in there.............wait...wrong joke. [laugh]

They are such a beautiful firearm.
