My NC Trip

I go on an annual trip to NC with some friends to hunt whitetails. This year was my best ever as I tagged out with 3 bucks and 3 does. It's primarily a meat hunt as there aren't a lot of trophy deer down there.

This pic shows my two friends and I with three of the deer they shot.

I shot a doe that night.

It was a great week and my shots ranged everywhere from 10 yards to 250 yards. Also saw some cool stuff like a couple of bald eagles, an all-white turkey and a hawk that came in to check out a deer I had shot.

if you go down later in the year you can get stripers off the beach, nice bucks did you get to hunt any wild boar?

No wild boar in the area we hunt (Beaufort County).

It was pretty cold in the mornings (30s) but warmed up to the 70s a couple of afternoons.
