Muzzleloader for Primative Biathlons?

I'm looking to pick up a muzzleloader for Primative Biathlons (wooden snowshoes). Iron sights only.

Any recommendations on lightweight, accurate, easy/fast loading (no in-line firing mechanisms) appreciated.

Look for an older TC percussion cap, the white mountain carbine comes mind right now.

I second the TC, go for something in a 45, I have a Hawkins in 45 and 50, they are both accurate, but the 45 is much lighter
