Moving to Boston with unrestricted LTC-A

Hey, I know this has been done before but I want to make sure that there have been no recent changes. For family reasons I will likely have to move from a green town into Boston in the near future. Luckily my unrestricted LTC is good for another few years and the move should only be temporary (a year at most). I'm wondering if there is any chance Boston will downgrade or pull my LTC in that time. Thanks

They don't own the license, the issuing town/entity does. They have no power over it.
Also ensure that you follow change of address reporting requirements.

My daughter moved to Boston with an unrestricted LTC and they renewed it with no changes.

Even if you're in Boston for the renewal you shouldn't have to worry - they're unlikely to downgrade.
