Moving and Licenses

Presently I have two carry licenses: Connecticut (Resident) and New Hampshire (Non-resident). With any luck at all, we'll be far enough along on building the house in New Hampshire for me to declare it my legal residence by year's end. I know Connecticut requires I notify them of a change of address within... 48 hours, I think? (At which time I'm guessing I would be considered a non-resident??) Any idea what happens with New Hampshire, especially since it looks like there's a different application process for resident vs non-resident? Or do I need to reapply as a resident?
