More milsurp closeups

I was gonna post these shots in the milsurp forum seeing as how they usually don't get many comments here but I figured what the hell. Just some shots I took a few mins ago screwing around with the macro setting on one of the best close up cameras I have access to, the Sony Mavica.

Thanks Fred. I found this point in the 70's when the pond levels were way down one summer. The edge on it is something.
The camera I used is an old Fuji FinePix 2600, 2 mega pixel.
I have to admit that it's one of the better pictures that I've taken.

It is a great picture.
I'll get serious about taking pictures one of these days. For the ones I posted at the top, I was fairly buzzed and decided to take a few pics when I had to take some rifles out of a cabinet to make room for another.

Macro lenses are cool. Nice photography. Hey, how about a NES photo contest? (of firearms of, course) Winner gets a , umm, umm, well, the winner gets to brag about taking the best picture.
