Mini14 rings for Nikon P-Series 3-9X 40mm Scope

I am looking for some rings to mount my Nikon P-Tactical 3-9x 40mm scope. My Mini14 is a 195 series ranch rifle.

Considerations:
- Don't want brass smacking scope
- Are there options that allow use of irons?

An Ultimak rail might allow a lower 1/3rd co-witness with the right rings for the factory irons.

Alternatively you can get a dovetail M14 sight base from Cogburn Arsenal for a taller front sight (1/8"+ increase) and replace the rear with one from Tech-Sights or Accuracy Systems.

Waher, thanks for that. I think I am going to abandon the use of irons with the scope mounted.

Does anyone know if I would have brass ejection issues with the Nikon M-223 1-4x20 and Ruger medium rings?

See through mounts will put the scope pretty high.
Mount the factory rings a see how it works out. Brass hitting the scope should not be a problem. The brass comes out more to the side, usually.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmCTPM65xoA
