Maine non resident junior fishing license

Going up to Maine, wanted to get the license for my son, but the website has nothing... I log him in to the system and choose non res license, get the normal license screen but with nothing there to add to order. Did something change? Google was no help.

I called them, they got rid of the junior license so kids are all set until they turn 16.
