MA instructor certification renewal process?

My MA Basic Firearms Safety Course Instructor Certification issued in 11/98 is set to expire on 11/2008? Can someone tell me how I go about the renewal process?

Same here, 11/08.
I called last month and was told that they would send out the paperwork in October. They had my correct address, etc but I'm still waiting.
Think I'll call again Monday.
Maybe if we both call it will get their attention.
