MA: Bobcat and Raccoon Question

Was reading the eregulations and couldn't find an answer.

1) Can you shoot bobcats or only trap them?

2) Can you use artificial light while hunting raccoon? It expressly states you can't use light for coyote and fox but, makes no mention of it in relation to coons.

You cannot shoot bobcats. No idea on the artificial light with raccoons.
