Have any of you seen any of these? It's fully functional, so it wasn't just a prop (and obviously not foam!).

It has Fox Studio stamped on both the stock and on the barrel.

It has S/N 329xxx, SA 1941 manufacture date. Barrel is SA 653xxx, 2 66 date. There are no import marks, so it does not look like it was part of a lend/lease.

Does a stamp like this likely increase or decrease the value?

For someone who collects props I'd have to say it could add to the value. Having some other provenance to go with it would be better.
For a milsurp collector, the value would be decreased with the stamps but it's a mixmaster anyway. Then again someone could just find it "cool" and pay extra.
