I hate to dredge this one up again, but I can't find that thread that discussed how to handle the transfer of firearms from a deceased party. The will didn't specifically reference the guns. Some family members are located outside of Massachusetts, the residence of the late gun owner. These guns have been in a closet for lots of years.
