Legality (Massachusetts) of shooting rabbits in my garden with a pellet gun?

so.. got me a Havahart trap and planned on quickly "disposing" of them... Until wife saw/heard my plan...

So trap is being shipped back to Amazon tomorrow.. next time I hear her f***ing complain the dogs are pulling her arm off to chase the rabbits, I don't want to hear it.

You're still going to need hearing protection because you didn't fix her problems.

I raised rabbits to eat for about 5 years. I would dislocate their neck before dressing them. Every once in a while, one would realize what was going to happen and scream. It’s pretty loud and high pitched. Women don’t like that noise in my experience.
