Actually, I thought some of the resident's comments were good and to the point. I suspect Fazen was frustrated he did not get immediate and clamorous support for his lame ideas, i.e. gun bracelets.

I agree. Seems the police officer was downplaying the bracelet idea too.

Fazen said his point was that there is some literature out there that suggests perhaps too much emphasis is being placed on gun users and not enough on what could be done to approve gun technology.
