Krav Maga is a efficient and effective hand-to-hand combat system developed by the Israeli Defense Forces. Krav Maga is easily learned, hard to forget and used by average citizens, special forces and executive protection agents around the world. Training in Krav is a great workout. The defense techniques work for all ages, fitness levels and body types. We have had many inquiries about providing this and are finally able to offer a number of program options.
Weaponcraft & Krav Maga Maine have received huge response to offering Krav Maga, so in order to establish a baseline of interest and ability, we have decided to hold an overview class to give new and potential students a look at the benefits and skills offered through Krav Maga. The class will be from 9am to 3pm and will cover introductory level learning in an array of defensive skills as well as an overview of the on-going programs we will be offering.
