Keltec Sub2000 Gen 2

Bringing up an old thread. So, the barrel is threaded that could be pinned. But the stock is adjustable once the pin is taken out. Does that count as "telescoping" or is that OK because you need to take a pin that goes through the buffer tube out and then adjust it.
 
Your guess is as good as anyones. The language of the statute does not get this granular. So it is up to case law to provide the answer. There is no case law.

With that said, generally if you need to use a tool to adjust its not considered to be telescoping. If I were to buy one, I'd just make sure that it is either held in place with a pin, epoxied in place, or bolted in place.
