Thanks, I understand the distinction.

Thankfully, MA gun laws have no real impact on my life. As an old guy unwinding the extraneous parts of my collection, compliant guns make it easier to sell to the poor folks in PRM.

Do folks do “frame transfers” for non-compliant guns to avoid the stupidity?
