Anyone using the JP brake? I was thinking of picking one up. If you have one what do you think?. Currently I am using a DPMS Miculek brake. while it works well. I am always looking for something better

anyone have one that I could try out on my rifle?

Thanks

If you decide to dump the Miculek brake, let me know [wink]

Thanks Steve, I might have to try your rifle

If the difference isn't that noticable, then I'll keep the Miculek brake.

During the match, the rifle seemed to move more than I wanted, mostly it was caused by poor stance and form, but if a better brake kept the gun flatter while I was shooting on the move or with a bad stance, then it might be worth it

I have been looking at the Titan also, supposely there will a review on a few brakes in the next Front Sight.

I have been working on keeping the rifle still and hitting long shots with my .22, kinda fun shooting 200y with it

Using a one inch diameter comp will allow you to shoot in Tactical; the JP will automatically put you in Open.
