John Klimm took $5,000 from the Barnstable Range?

I just heard that our Town manager just took $5,000 in fees from the Town Firing Range. Is this true? I can not find any information on the Internet about this. Rumor has it that after the fiscal year (next month) the targets will not be changed at the range. So our fee's, that we pay for the firing range, was diverted to some other project? Maybe the Airport?
