Isnt massachusetts bill hd 4420 banning EVERY SINGLE new gun that is not made in MA

This shithead talks about the requirements for the common carriers to have LTC and "proper" storage. Do you think shitheads like UPS are going to make those expensive changes and stop operation in MA while their personnel gets LTC? They are just going to ban ANY gun on their premises. So You wouldn't be able to have FFLs order guns from outside of MA cause those wont be able to be delivered.... no?
