Is this folding grip legal?

Can I legally add this accessory to my AR? It mentions that if it's mounted on a pistol, it needs to be registered as an AOW. Will I throw up any potential red flags if I order it? Maybe I'm being overly paranoid. Thanks in advance!!

Perfectly legal on AR, although I like non-folding grips. No red flags, as far as I know.

A foregrip on a rifle or shotgun is perfectly legal, and yes, on a pistol it makes it an AOW.
