internet purchase of hi-cap mags made prior to 9/94 legal?

I have an LTC A and need to get mags for my HK94. They are all over Gunbroker but I want to make sure I dont get screwed by having them shipped to my in Mass.

Assuming the mags were made in the 70s and 80s It is legal.. correct?
(BTW- almost all of the HK mags are date stamped)

Questions like this one are one of the reasons I strongly suggest that GOAL work on eliminating the magazine ban next.

I fail to see what was incorrect about the information I provided but additional information is always better.
I was actually surprised that you replied to the thread because the question asked could have been found by doing a search.
We all know how you feel about people who don't do their own research.
