I posed this question to a buddy of mine in the area. His response:

I do all my C&R lookin' at Bradis. They are in Camby which is essentially a southwest suburb of Indy, approx 3 miles south of the 465 loop on highway 67.

I have heard that Wanamaker also handles a lot of old militaria and the like, but I've never personally been there so I can't vouch for it:

I was going to leave Don's Guns out of it, but he is a local icon, that's for sure. Local politicos have tried to shut him down several times over the years. His local TV ads are legendary, and always end with the same tagline and cheesy laugh. Watch and cringe.......

As far as I know Davis is straight up legal, so screw the Marion County docuhes.
