Interesting. Thanks for the list. Only three of the ten impeachment turds are on this list. I assume all three of the FL reps are from fairly urban districts, not that it’s any excuse. I hope they’re remembered in November (2022).

A lot of things happening these days under the Dictator are unconstitutional, and yet it continues nevertheless.
If this goes through as is and becomes a law what does a private sale look like for those that want to comply. Does the average joe call in a NICS check (is it free?) and read off his ID over the phone then good to go?

Nope, it means going to a FFL and paying a transfer fee. As far as I know, the NICS system can ONLY be accessed by a FFL.
But that's the point, they can make any unconstitutional law they want however unenforceable. It's that pesky constitution though. If nobody complies, their crap is moot.

something would have to give since we can build off list guns and the dealer can't transfer anything that isn't on list, and only a dealer can run a nics check that leaves you in a poo sandwich.

How much says that when you do your background check they will want to know the make/model/SN of the gun(s)? Now explain how that info is in ANY way relevant to a criminal background check. I'll wait.
