HK P7 PSP For Sale

I saw an H & K P7 for sale. It was manufactured in 1985. My questions are can this be bought through a local FFL transfer here in Ma.?
Is this considered a pre-ban handgun and the magazines are legal also?
What is a reasonable price for this firearm in like new condition?

The gun is not on the published EOPS list. It's only OK IF the said gun was registered in MA pre-1998, OR someone bought the gun out of state then moved in MA, OR you get it via inheritance.

I'm as frustrated as you are as I'm interested in P7 as well, but they are very hard to find and the MA premium is high regardless of condition.
