Made to the same specifications as the H&K G36, the T36CP features a Picatinny rail, ambidextrous fire controls and charging handle and is compatible with most G36 parts and accessories.

Not HK parts.

Yes, this too... why would anyone buy this when theres a bunch of other piston type guns for like 2 grand or less?

I like HK but I wouldn't drop 3k on it even with it coming with it's own Tac-Pac maybe 2k i rather get a real HK and have it converted for the money.

But it is still cool.

Does it say that somewhere? I'm pretty sure these Tommy Built guns are built with non-HK parts.

These guns are made in the US. It doesn't sound like there are any/many actual HK parts involved.

Tom Bostic's US Made T36 (HK G36) Receiver -

Or just talk to Tom Bostic. He has partnered up with GSG9.US and they are making most of the steel components like the barrels, bolts, etc.
